How to Turn Your Training Into Content (Without Extra Effort)
You're already doing the most interesting part of your day. Here's how to capture it so content becomes a byproduct of being an athlete, not a second job.
Film the warm-up, edit the lesson
Every training session contains a lesson — something you struggled with, something that clicked, something you'd tell a younger athlete. That lesson is the video. The session is just the setting.
Set up two fixed shots
One phone on a tripod capturing the whole session, one phone in your hand for close-ups. The wide shot gives you context; the close-ups give you emotion. Together they're everything you need to edit a compelling 30-second piece.
Narrate in your head as you train
If you silently narrate what you're doing — 'this is the drill that fixed my serve' — you'll come away with a natural voiceover ready to record. No script, no awkward talking-to-camera. Just you, explaining your own work.
