These terms govern your use of the brand2athlete website and any engagement for our Athlete Growth System. By requesting a content plan or working with us, you accept these terms.
2. Our service
We provide strategy, content creation, editing, publishing and optimization to help athletes grow an audience and personal brand. We do not guarantee sponsorships, specific follower numbers, or commercial outcomes — these depend on many factors including audience, sport, market and brand fit.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, footage you have the right to share, and to act in good faith. You are responsible for the accuracy of claims you make in content and for complying with the rules of your sport and governing bodies.
4. Content & intellectual property
You retain ownership of your image, story and footage. We retain ownership of the strategy, scripts, edits and formats we create, and grant you a licence to use them for your personal brand. Recurring formats we develop may be used across our work.
5. Engagement & fees
The Athlete Growth System is offered at €1,500 per month. Fees, scope and payment terms are confirmed in a separate agreement before work begins.
6. No guarantee of results
Audience growth and commercial opportunities vary significantly. We focus on building the audience, identity and positioning that create stronger opportunities, but we make no promise of specific sponsorship or revenue outcomes.
7. Data & privacy
Your use of this site and our service is governed by our
Privacy Policy, including your right to request deletion of your data.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
