Behind-the-Scenes Content That Actually Converts Followers
BTS isn't filler — it's the highest-converting content an athlete can make. Here's what to show and what to skip.
Show the cost, not just the glamour
Audiences are suspicious of highlight reels. Show the ice baths, the early alarms, the frustration. The unglamorous parts are what make the glamorous ones believable.
Let people hear you think
A 15-second clip of you explaining a decision — why you changed coaches, why you're trying a new technique — builds more trust than a month of training montages. Reasoning is intimate.
BTS that converts has a point
Every behind-the-scenes piece should answer: what did this teach me, or what did this cost me? Without that, it's just footage. With it, it's a story.
